Features of Tennis Tutor Ball Machine

Tennis Tutor's patented technology and over 20 years of experience in this field has made these machines one of the best in the world. These machines have all the features present in any other brand and even more.

  • The machine has an electronic control panel which gives you control of all the major features like trajectory path, speed, interval/feed rate etc at the touch of a finger
  • The ball feed rate can vary from 1.5 second to 10 second. You can adjust it depending upon your practice session and level of play.
  • The machine has an inbuilt oscillator which can throw the ball at the same angle for you to practice a particular shot repetitively or it can throw it randomly across the court for you for more rigorous work out.
  • Tennis Tutor also features an exclusive anti-jam ball feeding mechanism, and a 10-second start-up time delay to give you time to get to your side of the net.
  • Tennis ball speed ranges from a gentle toss for children to world-class speed. Tennis ball trajectory can be set anywhere between groundstroke and lob, while ball feed rate adjusts anywhere from 1-1/2 to 12 seconds.
  • Tennis tutor ball machine has unmatched portability. It measures a meager 12" tall when it is folded. And with the towing handle extended, it tows just like luggage. When you are ready to play, it opens up in just a few seconds and can hold 150 balls which are more than enough for a strenuous session in one go.
  • Tennis Tutor comes standard with a built-in heavy duty rechargeable battery that can deliver up to six hours of playing time. Therefore there is hardly any need for any extra battery. You can still buy extra batteries if required. Tennis Tutor comes complete with a plug-in charging unit that fully charges the battery overnight. Anyway, there is always an option to use the AC power apart from battery.
  • Tennis Tutor ball machines are available with a 2 function wireless remote control. This remote lets you start and stop ball delivery and also control the side position of the ball throws. There is a 2-line function that automatically shoots to two preset court positions. This feature allows you to practice alternating forehand and backhand shots, or allows an instructor to automatically shoot to two lines of students.

I have owned my Tennis Tudor ball machine for 6 years. Just recently a few things started to malfunction and I called their technical support area and have found them to be by far the best group of customer support people I have ever encountered. There was never a wait to talk to them , they worked with me slowly so I could fix the problems while I was on the phone and if I needed a part they sent the small ones free of charge and quickly. As a retiree I try to fix just about everything that breaks and have many, many dealings with manufacturers and retailers and believe me the Tennis Tudor folks stand head and shoulders above all those with whom I have ever dealt.

I have found that private sports lessons are extremely lucrative. For some reason I can get away with charging $60 an hour for private swim lessons but only $40 an hour for private calculus tutoring. Explain that?

Charger has malfunctioned after only a couple of months. Now shows a red light continuously indicating that it is failing to charge the machine.

I recently purpased a tennis tutor player model ball machine. It worked fine for a couple month until I recharged the battery.

After I recharged the battery for 12 hours. I didn't use it for about 2 months. Then when I first time re-used it, the machine kept beeping and all the lights kept flashing, but nothings happened.

Can anyone help me understand why and how to fix it? Also where I can find an owner's manual? I couldn't find it online for my model.

Thanks,

Shen

Is this supposed to be a review or an advertisement? Where are the downsides? Obviously there are some, given other comments.
