Cellulite is a word all women fear of since mostly women are affected by cellulite. Very few men have seen to have this problem in their skin. Cellulite is a lumpy fatty layer underneath your skin which is also called subcutaneous layer. Cellulite is associated with a collagen layer of connective tissue. Usually, cellulite cannot be removed just by doing exercise or dieting. Therefore, there are many products available in the market which can be applied directly on the affected area. The results so far have been mixed. There are people who swear by its effectiveness and there are people who have given complete thumbs down to this product. So, does cellulite patches actually work or not?
A cellulite patch works similar to a nicotine patch. The patch is placed on your hips or thighs. You need to wear them for around 8 hours at a time. This treatment can be repeated several times a week until you begin to notice some improvements. Then you can take them down to once or twice a week as needed. They can be worn while sleeping, but it is recommended that they be used during normal routines as they react to a person’s body heat.
Cellulite patch contains red algae, caffeine, and antioxidants and caffeine being its main ingredient. Caffeine present in coffee is used to break down fat cells and serves as a chemical liposuction. It also improves the blood flow and act as a vasodilator.
Some companies use Bladderwrack and Rhodysterol as main ingredients in cellulite patches instead of caffeine. These two are actually derivatives of red algae. These ingredients are also known to speed up the metabolism and burn fat in the areas where the patches are applied. So far, there many been a good section of women who have said to be satisfied by the cellulite patches which are derived from red algae. They were totally surprised to see that a cellulite patch actually works and they were able to see visible results within a week of applying! Though the cellulite never complete vanishes but still there is a noticeable improvement as per their stories. Aside from less dimples, some even go as far as to seeing an improved skin tone.
Whichever cellulite patch you apply, one thing to remember is that cellulite patches are not the complete solution for cellulite. If case you have orange peel symptoms, then it may not work at all. Cellulite patches are still very new to the market and the effective in the long run is still to be seen. Therefore, if you want to get rid of cellulite, don’t rely solely on cellulite patches. It is always better to consult a doctor and take his advice.

very useful. Often medicined cause more patches. They should be carefully used.Herbal ointments are much better
